Spread the word far and wide to avoid all Welsh universities, with regard to the injustice at the University of Wales Lampeter, the only way to bring about change is by market forces, so the message is do yourself a favour and stay away. Go to a University that has a proven track record in openness and transparency in the way it deals with complaints. The Office of the Independent Adjudicator for Higher Education  is 4/5 ths owned by the universities, they are not equipped to deal with these issues and their judgements are unenforceable.
