This is what you get from the Vice Chancellor Robert Pearce when you make a complaint
“I would like to advise you, however, that the documentation which you are circulating contains assertions of impropriety on my part and on the part of my colleagues which are defamatory and untrue. You have no justification for making your assertions of impropriety and if you persist in making these assertions we shall be obliged to consider whether legal action will be required.
Yours sincerely
Robert Pearce
The Reply
Robert Pearce, as far as defamation is concerned you are a liar and unfit for any form of public office least of all the education of others, and we all know that my ‘assertions of impropriety’ are true and made with every justification. However, speaking of solicitors where have Eversheds got to? Send them my regards as I have not heard from them for a while; have they given up or perhaps you now have to pay for your own like everyone else?
