To the Chairperson/President and Personnel Officer PAVO

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am horrified to read in the Western Telegraph that Carl Cooper has been appointed CEO of PAVO, you should have listened to the clerics who complained about this man. I attach a letter to the Bishops Advisors concerning his total and arrogant disregard for procedures concerning the reporting of abuse and sexual predation which has been published to the internet.

Should any incident arise I will show this letter to the injured party which means that you are beyond a doubt liable and suggest you are therefore no longer insured. I suggest you take legal advice before you his probationary period of employment expires.

I will also send a copy of this letter to Carl Cooper and publish it to the internet for the people and voluntary organisations of Powys to read.
