Re: Freedom of Information Act 2000 & Charity Act 2006

Further to my request of the 30th April 2008 for all legal costs incurred on behalf of the disgraced former Visitor the Bishop of St David’s Carl Cooper, who in my opinion dismissed my complaint to conceal own indiscretions at the University.

I wish to clarify that I was also making a another request for the amount of legal fees paid on behalf of Professor David Austin in the concealment of his deliberate obstruction and perversion of the student complaints procedure. His actions made his legal fees his responsibility; he can only be supported if procedures were followed.

A senior member of staff has stated in writing that a complaint submitted to Prof. Austin in October 2003 was not addressed until May of 2006, a clear admission that procedures were not followed and that Prof Austin, Thomas Roderick, and Robert Pearce knowingly lied when they stated in writing that they were fully complied with. My protests that Prof. Austin failed to comply with procedures was met with a false accusation against me of malicious harassment. You admitted that this accusation was damaging and totally without foundation, but was fair comment for simply making a complaint!

Your failure to address these issues has directly led to an unprecedented lambasting by the QAA on plagiarism procedures and a failure of management. In this respect, you have admitted that the University Council has no idea of the concealment of the corruption of its officers and the unlawful use of solicitors to this effect.

In addition to my request of the 30th April, you are served to provide all legal costs concerning the website www.lamp-post.info including instructing solicitors (Eversheds) to act with intent to making a claim and seeking a high court injunction. Incurring costs to threaten legal action against students to conceal the fact that procedures were not followed and that students who complaint are stitched up with false accusations of plagiarism is another breach of charity law. In reply, I must ask to conduct yourself in a professional manner, as I will not accept any moralistic judgements from a bunch of shysters, which, given your behaviour is fair comment.
