Re: the University of Wales Lampeter

Please explain the following questions concerning the undated letter purporting to come from Prof David Austin in November 2003

  • Why have I not previously received a copy prior to the 16 June 2006?
  • Why is it undated?
  • Why is it not on headed note paper?
  • Was not referred to in your evidence to court?
  • Why was it not sent in response to a section 7 request under the Data Protection Act 1998?
  • Why it was not referred to in your letter dated the 13 April 2006?
  • You have also to offer an explanation for what you consider to constitute the criminal offence of malicious harassment? Apart from demanding that Prof Austin plays by the rules!
  • Please show me where it states in the rules that students are required to attend meetings that have not been arranged
  • Please also explain how a report due in 10 days can then falsely claimed to be submitted 5 months later and still comply with the rules?
