Role of Solicitors Eversheds Causing Concern & Confusion

Are they acting for a corrupt University Council concealing the corruption of office bearers & staff

or

Are they acting for corrupt office bearers and staff in hiding the truth from the University Council

We have been told that there is serious concern over the legal advice given by the Universities Solicitors Eversheds. Our opinion has always been that they acted in the interests of corrupt office bearers to conceal corruption in the mistaken believe it would never be made public. In doing so they have acted against the interests of the University as a charitable company or ‘charcom’ which now faces an inquiry by the Charity Commissioners that will take 12 to 18 months; the adverse publicity is going to seal its fate. The QAA havew confirmed that as far as managment is concerned nobody seems to know what is going on!
