Re: Your letter dated 7th December 2006.
You have asked for my comments and the main points are as follows
1. You have deliberately obstructed the fair resolution of my complaints since the 8th December 2003.
2. You have refused to hold any form if independent inquiry.
3. You have deliberately and knowingly lied with regard to seeking advice from the OIA when you had no intention of doing so.
4. You have stolen in excess of ten thousand five hundred pounds from the University of Wales Lampeter to finance your personal legal expenses contrary to the Charity Act 1993 and the Company Act1985 as amended 2004.
5. You have stolen postage and a material from your employer the Diocese of St David’s to finance your personal liability as Visitor to the University of Wales Lampeter.
6. You have taken it upon yourself to act like Lord God almighty to unlawfully override the decision of the OIA regarding jurisdiction.
7. You have behaved the same way to unlawfully override the Higher Education Act 2004 and the democratically elected Assembly Members.
8. You have restricted my complaint to the 8th December 2003 while allowing the University to submit material dated May 2006 and as such you have decreed that I have no right of reply.
My MP met with the University Secretary in July of this year and from that meeting I have forced the University under the Information Acts to admit that what he was told by D T Roderick was a pack of lies.
The University has also been forced to admit that the evidence they submitted to you was a pack of unsubstantiated and fabricated lies.
I am currently waiting for a response from the Information Commissioner as to why evidence submitted to you by the University was not disclosed in a data access request. The University is obviously reluctant to admit they fabricated evidence and this matter has yet to be resolved but there is a strong possibility of court action.
The question of the theft of money from the University to finance your legal fees for which you are personally liable has been referred to the Auditor General. When I hear back I intend to pursue the matter with my Assembly Member.
The Higher Education Funding Council for Wales has referred this matter to Westminster and I am awaiting a reply from my MP on this issue.
Please be assured that you will hear back form me in due course as the above matters must be resolved before I can take you to a judicial revue. However the main reason for the delay is that you have placed every conceivable obstruction in the way of a fair and just resolution to conceal your own corruption. I have also had to resort to law to force the University to admit to the lies they have told including that insult to public service Robert Pearce.
This task should have been done by you by means of an independent inquiry but for the above reasons you abdicated all responsibility for your duties towards the University.
Given the above circumstances that you should dismiss my complaint is in character and in keeping with every other decision you have taken on this matter. So let me restate my position; I have no intention to submitting anything for judgement to a common criminal posing as a bishop.
I shall of course be publishing this letter to the internet at http://www.lamp-post.info for the whole world to see. You are of course entitled to sue me but I think you will find that under the circumstances this letter is fair comment.
Far from being incoherent the situation is blatantly obvious to a seven year old!
